Introducation

 Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice using gentle movements, deep breathing, and focused intention to cultivate vital energy (Qi) for improved physical and mental health, offering benefits like better balance, reduced stress, enhanced sleep, mood improvement (anxiety/depression), pain relief (back pain, arthritis), and better lung/heart function, complementing traditional medicine for conditions like hypertension, COPD, and Parkinson's by boosting overall well-being.
